One of the most tedious things an author has to do is package and mail contest prizes and donations, as well as swag like bookmarks and signed bookplates.  And we all know how much room an author's books, series, and editions can take up in their homes and offices.  Sarah has a warehouse space with library shelving where she houses signed copies of her client's books and marketing materials for distribution.  She handles all packaging and mailing of books and swag for her clients so they don't have to take time out of their busy schedules for shipping.
